Understanding On-Demand Services
Our On-Demand or "Break / Fix" service is as simple as it gets. When something breaks, call us and we'll come out and fix it!
This hourly service is most common with new clients who are using our services for the first time. When an problem arises, simply give us a call and we will schedule a technician to come on-site. Rates are hourly and there is a per incident fee that is based on your location. If you'd prefer a flat rate solution, our commercial clients are also welcome to bring their computers into our store for service.
If your interested in a lower hourly rate and reduced per incident fees, then check out our Monthly IT Support Agreements. Our contract clients enjoy lower rates and priority service! If you have a specific job in mind that we can schedule at least 48 hours in advance, then you'd be interested in a Flat Rate Project.
